The special Velcro® zipper gives a smooth open and reclosable feel. The 3D pouch is made with two different webs (front, back, and gusset), which were registered while pouching.
Description: A special combination of paper plus polyethylene terephthalate (PET) plus polyethylene with a see-through window provides immediate attention on the shelf. During printing, a special oil-proof overprint varnish was used to avoid paraffin oil marks and seal heat resistance on the pouches. After printing, a special die-cutting machine was used for the paper die punch, and the PET was laminated with the paper in a dedicated window laminator.
