Description: The Tiara strawberry three-ply laminate printing is designed to convey the visual effect of the product. The background shade was matched with PantoneLIVE. As the 1925C Pantone shade was matched with PantoneLIVE, the press approval time was minimized. The good printability of the halftone makes the product realistic-looking, and we used low SIT PE for the high speed (1,800 packs per minute) filling machine. The aluminum foil acts as an effective barrier for the product to increase shelf life.
Description: This five-panel pouch is pre-formed, which offers branding opportunities on five walls of the pouch, enhancing product visibility on a crowded supermarket shelf. A unique C-cut built-in handle is on the top of the pouch and provides an easy-to-carry option. Barrier properties were also taken into consideration while designing this package to protect against moisture and oxygen. The pouches provide a membrane for tamper evidence that can be reached only after removing the top seal and handle. The pouch also has a pull-tab zipper on the front and can be easily opened by pulling the tab for easy product access and reusability. This five-panel pouch can be deployed across a range of products such as confectionery, snack foods, biscuits, and powdered beverages.

Description: Ahmad Tea is designed with cast-and-cure technology to prevent counterfeit duplicates. The cast-and-cure technique printed on the front panel gives a holographic effect and provides security to the package, as cast and cure is not easy to copy and helps to prevent duplication of the product. The technique improves the overall package aesthetic and grabs consumers’ attention on the shelf. It’s printed with eight-color reverse printing. After the lamination process is completed, the surface cast and cure is added with a separate process. The package uses a high-barrier metalized PET film to retain the product aroma and increase shelf life.
