Description: Global food company La Huerta specializes in frozen fruits, vegetables, and prepared foods. Until recently, its microwave frozen vegetable package was a polyethylene terephthalate/polyethylene (PE) structure. The company asked Printpack for a more sustainable all-PE solution. The new package is 100% PE and maintains microperforations and the ability to go directly from the freezer into the microwave.
