Nelipak Corp. recently named Pat Chambliss as CEO after he served as president and chief operating officer at the company.
Chambliss has an extensive track record of senior leadership experience in the packaging industry, including previous roles at Packaging Dynamics Corp. and Novolex, Nelipak said in a news release.
Chambliss succeeds Roger Prevot, who will continue in his role as chairman of the board of directors, a position he has held since the acquisition of Nelipak by Kohlberg & Company in July 2019.
Nelipak, which manufactures rigid and flexible packaging for the medical device and pharmaceutical sectors, has more than 1,400 workers operating in 10 facilities—five in Europe, three in the United States, and one each in Costa Rica and Puerto Rico.
Kohlberg & Company is a private equity firm headquartered in Mount Kisco, New York.
