Wisconsin-based Vonco Products LLC recently reported that it has bought Flex-Pak Packaging Products Inc. of Batavia, Illinois.
Flex-Pak makes flexible barrier packaging and sterile barrier DuPont™ Tyvek® pouches for consumer and health care organizations. Vonco is a manufacturer of medical devices and liquid-tight medical fluid devices and health and hygiene spouted stand-up pouches. It also provides clean room assembly and sterilization management services.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
