Resource Label Group, LLC, which is based in Franklin, Tennessee, has bought Ample Labels of Nixa, Missouri.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Ample Labels was founded by David Menzies in 1968, and it is a digital and flexographic printer for regional and national customers in the food, health, personal care, industrial, pharmaceutical, and beverage segments.
Resource Label provides pressure-sensitive label, shrink sleeve, and RFID/NFC technology for the packaging industry. With this purchase, it has 20 manufacturing locations in North America, the company says in a news release about the deal.
Resource Label Group has more than 1,500 associates in the U.S. and Canada. It is a portfolio company of Ares Management Corp.
