Inovar Purchases New Hampshire-based Amherst Label

Texas-based Inovar Packaging Group, LLC says it recently completed its acquisition of Amherst Label in Milford, New Hampshire.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Inovar says the deal is part of its plan for building a regionally based prime label business across North America.

“Inovar’s mission is to serve the needs of specialty consumer and durable products companies who value short lead times, innovative solutions, technical support, and local service while also offering multiple locations and production options for scale, redundancy, and flexibility,” the company said in a news release.

The purchase adds to its existing manufacturing footprint nationwide.

According to Inovar, Amherst is “well versed in digital, flexographic, and screen printing for a wide variety of industries, including, but not limited to, industrial, housewares, specialty food, medical, beverage, beer, CBD, hemp, cannabis, nutraceutical, and personal care.”

Inovar, which has its headquarters in Dallas, Texas, produces packaging products for leading brands across multiple industries. It intends to continue making strategic investments.

“We understand the complex and ever-changing needs of growing consumer and durable products companies and, therefore, we are committed to increasing our value-added offering, developing new innovative solutions, and expanding our geographic reach to meet those needs,” said Jeff Brezek, Inovar CEO and executive chairman, in a release.
