Constantia Flexibles based in Austria says it is buying FFP Packaging Solutions, a maker of sustainable, flexible packaging in the consumer market from Northampton, United Kingdom.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

We will be working with the existing management team to continue driving the revolution of sustainable flexible packaging in the UK and beyond.”
Founded in 1967, FFP Packaging Solutions is a family-owned company with more than 100 workers.
Constantia Flexibles has about 8,660 employees at 38 sites in 16 countries.
