Flexcon, a provider of solutions in pressure-sensitive films and adhesives, has named Nick Tucci as its new CEO as part of an overall effort to “position the company for long-term success, renewed customer focus, and growth in a rapidly evolving global market,” according to a news release.
Tucci has more than 25 years of experience in the pressure-sensitive label and roll-to-roll manufacturing industries, having previously led business units at Avery Dennison and served as chief financial officer (CFO) and an advisory board member for 44 Maple Group, Flexcon’s parent company.
“As a family-owned business for nearly 70 years, Flexcon’s legacy has always been rooted in innovation, integrity, and partnership,” says Neil McDonough, executive chair at 44 Maple Group. “We are confident that the new leadership team will honor those values while driving Flexcon forward, ensuring long-term success for our employees, customers, and communities.”
As part of this transition, CEO Aimee Peacock, Chief Operating Officer Nick Lupoli, and CFO Matt Gardner, have left the company. The company has since appointed Morgan Ebin as COO. Elbin has more than 25 years of operational leadership experience, most recently serving as COO at 44 Maple Group.
