Presented by Smart Business magazine, the award celebrates businesses and nonprofits that make a difference in the Greater Cincinnati area. ProAmpac was recognized alongside fellow honorees at an awards ceremony on January 16, 2025, at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza.

ProAmpac says its recognition is based on several programs highlighted in its “2024 Sustainability Impact Report,” including its Global Community Challenge that engages employees in service projects and the ProAmpac Scholars Program that provides financial assistance for the children of ProAmpac employees pursuing higher education or vocational training.

ProAmpac also has an employee assistance fund that offers financial support for employees facing unexpected hardships and the PRO360 Initiative, a holistic well-being program designed to support employees’ health, wealth, growth, and community involvement.

“Our commitment to the communities where we live and work is an essential part of who we are,” said Jenny Brady, senior director, internal communications and ProAmpac employee assistance fund, in a statement. “It is an honor to be recognized for our efforts.”
