Pepijn Dinandt started September 1, 2024, as the new CEO at Flint Group.
Dinandt has more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles, demonstrating an ability to drive growth and deliver results for shareholders, the company said in a statement.
“Flint Group is not only a developer of inks and coatings for all printing processes and substrates but also delivers a unique service offering and digital press technology,” Dinandt said in a statement.
“Importantly, the company has made significant strides in addressing critical issues such as sustainability and circularity, organizational resilience, and regulatory compliance. In my new role, I am committed to advancing these efforts, ensuring Flint Group continues to lead the industry in sustainable innovation, service, and solutions.”
Dinandt is the co-author of a business leadership book published in 2021 titled Business Leadership Under Fire: Nine Steps to Rescue and Transform Organizations.
