The Emerging Leadership Council (ELC) of the Flexible Packaging Association (FPA) will hold its second FlexPack Crash Course at PACK EXPO International on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at McCormick Place in Chicago.
The day-long course will be held during the final day of PACK EXPO International, which starts on Sunday, November 3, 2024.
The ELC held its first crash course at the expo in 2022.
The course will include an industry overview of various aspects along the supply chain. It is designed for people newly hired in the flexible packaging industry or who have fewer than five years of industry experience.
The course will run from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. A networking event will start at 5:30 p.m.
“The presentations will provide a high-level overview of the flexible packaging industry, covering market trends, sustainability, and the legislative and regulatory environment,” according to the ELC. “Presentations will be given by a wide range of industry experts at various stages of the value chain, providing a great opportunity for dialogue and collaboration.”
