Dallas, Texas-based Inovar Packaging Group, LLC, recently completed its acquisition of Cimarron Label and Western Printing.
The deal adds to Inovar’s existing manufacturing footprint in Dallas; Newburyport, Massachusetts; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; Milwaukee, Wisconsin; Kansas City, Kansas; Oceanside, California; and Westfield, Massachusetts.
Cimarron Label and Western Printing have operations in Sioux Falls and Aberdeen, South Dakota.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“We are excited to partner with the teams at Cimarron Label and Western Printing,” said Jeff Brezek, executive chairman and CEO of Inovar, in a news release.
The deal is part of a strategic plan for building a regionally based prime label business across North America, according to a company news release.
