Women Breaking the Mold Forum set for November



The agenda for the Women Breaking the Mold Networking Forum, which is being held November 11–12, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee, is taking shape and includes a number of speakers over two days.

The keynote address on the first day of the conference will be from Harmony Myers, acting deputy chief of NASA’s Office of Safety and Mission Assurance. Her keynote address is titled Molding Cultural Excellence Through Connection and Collaboration.

The second day includes a keynote address from Melissa Vaglio, vice president of retail operations at Bridgestone. Her address is titled Proving Them Wrong: Championing Representation in Male-Dominated Retail.

“As the plastics and rubber industries transition into a new era, the influences of the women driving success become more apparent,” according to a statement from the event organizers, Plastics News. “At every level, women are emerging as leaders by taking action, sharing ideas, and shaping their companies and communities for the better.”

The forum will be held at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel.
