Ray Graham has taken over as CEO and president at American Packaging Corporation (APC) after the retirement of Jeff Koch as CEO on December 31, 2024.
Koch has subsequently joined APC’s board of directors.
Graham, who had been president of the company, joined APC in 2002, leading its flexographic printing and laminating Center of Excellence in Story City, Iowa. He was later promoted to vice president of operations and then executive vice president of operations and chief operating officer before being promoted to president on January 1, 2024.
At that time, the company announced he would become CEO on January 1, 2025.
“As a family-owned business, APC is unmatched in our continuous investment in capital equipment, technologies, and talented people that ensure our customers and our future customers that we are the best supplier to partner with them to achieve their packaging goals,” Graham said in a statement.
APC, a flexible packaging converter, specializes in flexographic, rotogravure, and digital printing; multi-ply extrusion; adhesive lamination of film, paper, and foil; and pouch and bag fabrication to meet a variety of requirements.
APC, founded in 1902, operates six Centers of Excellence in the United States and has nearly 1,300 team members.
