Description: Bryce Corporation and Cyber Graphics partnered with Fannie May® to convert this digitally printed prototype into a high-volume flexographic printed pouch. Utilizing HD flexographic screening and wide gamut ink systems that were calibrated using G7 and aligned to CRPC6, the package was printed on soft-touch matte polyethylene terephthalate film—keeping the subtle detail in the neutral background while also providing the warm brown tones needed to highlight the premium chocolate Fannie May® is known for. Using wide-web-specific separation techniques, Cyber Graphics and Bryce Corporation overcame the challenges associated with tone compression of the matte film while still matching color and design expectations set by the original digitally printed pouch.
