Description: This structure is a five-ply polyethylene terephthalate (PET)/paper/biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP)/aluminum foil/polyethylene with registered lamination. The PET and paper were laminated together, and the registered lamination was done between the paper and BOPP. During the manufacture of the vacuum pouch, the registered lamination allows the wrinkle-free box-type pouch formation to elevate the pouch’s appearance on the shelf. The extraordinary color combination and the high-end gravure print quality express the micro-level details on the coffee cup. The registered lamination for the vacuum pouch has excellent ultra-barrier properties, which keep the product fresh and help retain the aroma.
