Description: The machine direction-oriented polyethylene (MDO PE) and the polyethylene combination allows the recycling of these pouches without any hassle. The matte coating and reverse printing combination give an extraordinary look to the pouch. Printing on 25mic MDO PE with high speed is challenging. Emirates Printing Press’ high-end equipped presses give excellent results on printability and high accuracy registration. The color combination and the matte effects make the pouch the center of attraction on the shelf. Before printing, applying the barrier coating on the MDO PE 0.5 to 0.7 GSM barrier coating gives the barrier of WVTR 3.5 gm/m²/day and OTR 90cc/m²/day. The high barrier coating keeps the filled product fresh for a maximum of 12–18 months.
