Description: Berry Global launched a recyclable polyethylene film solution for packaging applications requiring extended shelf life like nuts, cheeses, and jerky. As a part of the Entour™ product line, this solution features films designed for front-of-store recycling. The package utilizes a recyclable Entour Shield+ barrier sealant with exceptional oxygen and moisture barrier that contains an industry-leading amount of ethylene vinyl alcohol with no need for a compatibilizer. The package also features an Entour Bold MDO-PE reverse print web that has been engineered with excellent clarity, gloss, and stiffness, helping it replace nonrecyclable print webs like biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate and biaxially oriented polypropylene. Both films are How2Recycle® prequalified.
